Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) Appoints Stewart Eaton to Head of Product Recall

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has appointed Stewart Eaton as Head of Product Recall for Regional Unit London (RUL) with immediate effect. As an experienced product recall underwriter, Eaton joins AGCS’ Crisis Management team to manage the product recall book; he will also be responsible for driving new business throughout the region.  Eaton will report to Tim Galloway, AGCS Regional Head of Liability.

Eaton joins from Castel Specialty where he was a Class Underwriter writing product recall business. Prior to this he was Head of Line and Class Underwriter for Contaminated Products at Sagicor at Lloyd’s. His career started at AIG in a number of roles including as an underwriter in AIG’s Crisis Management team in London focusing on Product Recall.

AGCS’ Product Recall Insurance provides cover for recall costs, loss of profit, and rehabilitation costs following a product recall due to the potential of bodily injury or property damage.
