Gary Mann Appointed Head of E&O, North America

Allianz Group’s specialist corporate insurer Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty® (AGCS) announced today that Gary Mann has been named North America Head of E&O (Errors and Omissions), effective immediately. Based in San Francisco, Mann was previously Deputy Regional Head of Professional Indemnity. He reports to Paul Schiavone, North America Regional Head of Financial Lines.

Errors and omissions coverage is designed to protect employers and employees from claims made regarding negligent actions against an organization. At AGCS, E&O covers all technology classes including; software/hardware development, app developers, and tech consultants.

“Gary is a strong leader who will take our team of customer service driven individuals to the next level,” said Schiavone. “As the breadth of our products and offerings continues to expand, it’s important we have a leader who has the industry knowledge and expertise to grow our team with our business. Gary is that leader.”

Mann has been a member of the AGCS family since 2002 when he joined Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company as the Director of Industry Development. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mann has held a variety of leadership positions with other insurance brokerages. In 1989, Mann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at California State University in Dominguez Hills; he is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
