Diversity has become big business. The frequency of diversity lawsuits brought since the beginning of July 2020 raises the concern that any company lacking racial, gender and age diversity among its directors and officers (D&O) might attract similar lawsuits – not only companies in other countries, but particularly those listed in the US.
