We aim to offer first-class insurance products and services and address the needs of our clients. Should you be unsatisfied with one of our coverages or services, please raise your concern with us. We take your concerns seriously.

You can submit your complaint via your contact person at ART or directly via email.

To submit a complaint in writing, please use this form and send it to AGCS-Beschwerden@allianzcommercial.nl.

As soon as we have received your complaint, we will contact you within 5 working days to inform you about the next steps.
